    DIGITAL GURU introduces an innovative learning path for employers and HR managers from Elementary Occupations (EO) that facilitate their work by providing them with tools to train their workers (especially low-skilled) in digital literacy; through it, it is not only intended to innovate by turning the employers or HR managers into trainers and teachers of their workers, but also to look for new ways to attract the final beneficiaries into wanting to learn, especially in sectors where education is many times lower than the mean (the majority of EO workers are low-skilled), allowing them to measure the learning competences and skills.
